Cancellation Policy

Sometimes things change beyond our control, so I‘ve outlined what will happen in different circumstances. This policy applies to all bookings, so please take a moment to read it before booking.
Group classes/masterclasses
If I need to Cancel
On the rare occasion that I need to cancel a class or masterclass. I’ll re-arrange it for an alternative date and will do my best to find a date that works for everyone. If you’re unable to attend the rearranged date, you’ll receive a full refund.
I appreciate that some attendees travel from further afield to attend and I would only cancel in an absolute emergency. Unfortunately I can’t take responsibility for travel arrangements or any associated costs, so I strongly recommend having appropriate travel insurance in place.
If you need to Cancel
If you cancel more than 40 days before a masterclass, you’ll receive a full refund.
If you cancel within 40 days of the masterclass, I’m unable to offer a refund. However, you’re welcome to pass your place on to someone else - if so, please let me know their details in advance.
Minimum Attendance
Each class or event has a minimum number of attendees required for it to go ahead. This will be clearly stated in the event description before you book. If the minimum number isn’t reached I’ll cancel the event and provide a full refund.

If I need to Cancel
I would only cancel in an absolute emergency. If this happens, I’ll do my best to rearrange your booking for a mutually convenient alternative date.
If we’re unable to find a suitable alternative, I’ll provide a full refund.
Please note that I can’t take responsibility for travel arrangements or any associated costs, so I strongly recommend having appropriate travel insurance in place.
Exceptional Circumstances
Sometimes circumstances arise that are completely beyond my control. This may include, but isn’t limited to, natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest or unforeseen personal emergencies.
In these circumstances, I’ll always do my best to communicate with you and find the most appropriate solution.
If you need to Cancel
If you cancel more than 30 days before your one-to-one, intensive or private tuition date, you’ll receive a full refund.
If you cancel within 30 days, I’m unable to offer a refund. If you’re considering passing on your place to someone else instead please let me know first. As these sessions are highly individual and tailored specifically to you, I’d just need to make sure the session would be suitable for them too.
Payment plans
Payment plan options vary between events and will be clearly outlined on the relevant booking page.
By choosing a payment plan and making the initial instalment you agree to pay the remaining balance in full. Making the initial payment confirms your acceptance of these terms.
