A magical dog walk with owls, buzzards and the moon. I could hear barn owl chicks in the distance, once I located them I started filming when one of the adults landed on a post right next to me. It got a shock when it actually saw me and flew off but

1st August. Marking the new month with a simple bunch of Daucus carota ‘Dara’, picked from very contented, self seeded plants - growing through cobbles and taller than me. And although it feels wrong saying happy anything while the world
